TRY AN EFT TAPPING GROUP
An interesting way to learn all about EFT Tapping is to join an EFT Tapping Group.
You learn and practice EFT in an group. Usually all participants need to sign a confidentiality agreement.
Tapping Groups have several advantages:
You’ve been to an EFT Workshop and are impressed with the results
you've got on that day. But at home it doesn’t seem
so easy. Perhaps you've forgetton the Tapping Points or
what words to use. In a EFT Tapping Group you gain self-confidence in
learning the EFT Tapping Techniques.
An EFT Group is led by an experienced EFT Practitioner
who can give you guidance in using the EFT Tapping Techniques
and answer all your questions.
Perhaps you prefer learning in a group. You like to learn while interacting with other
people. EFT is an interesting subject to share experiences. Enjoy the company of like minded people.
The support and encouragement of others makes EFT easier to use.
Feel better with EFT, more relaxed and at ease. Attending an EFT Tapping Group
is a great way to learn a lot and feel better doing it.
The other people of your Tapping Group will feel the benefits of your working with them.
EFT is a great way to do something good for somebody.
Perhaps you haven’t been able to practice or you need a helping hand.
An EFT Practice Group or EFT Café gives you the opportunities to improve your EFT skills.
With other people it's easier to put the effort and get results.
- To develop your Emotional Freedom Techniques you need to
practice with different people and different issues and get tips from more
experienced EFT Practitioners.
An EFT Group Session is cheaper than an one-to-one session with
an EFT Counselor.
While EFT Practice groups aren't a substitute for therapy,
